Laser welding line, GKN, Newton (USA)

In Newton, North Carolina, we programmed and commissioned a fully automated laser welding line for rear axle differentials. The line covered the complete preparation, processing, and inspection of the differentials.

  • 2x SINUMERIK ONE

  • 6x COGNEX cameras and handheld scanner
  • 2x KISTLER press unit
