We connect your automation or machine to your ERP or MES systems. Due to our many years of experience, we can not only establish the connection, but are also able to prepare the data relevant to you from the PLC or CNC projects and then send it to you in the appropriate format. Conversely, we take order and production data from your ERP and MES systems and process it in the subordinate control systems.

You can connect natively using MQTT or OPC UA, or through independent middleware tools. With these middleware solutions, we can read data independent from control-specific protocols and provide it in a standardized format.

At PC level, we use .NET technology to implement features that cannot be mapped in the control system but are nevertheless part of a modern control system, machine, or automation system. These include individual machine HMIs or warehouse management systems for automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS).

Implementation of dashboards and/or provision of data (OEE, MTTF) for company-specific KPIs. Data play an increasingly important role in modern manufacturing. It can be used for a wide variety of analyses, such as preventive maintenance, capacity utilization and availability, production order planning, and much more.

We are happy to prepare this data for your existing automation systems and machines and send it to you in the appropriate formats or display it directly on dashboards.

Provision of a complete history, including all process data (history file of a workpiece).

Particularly in highly sensitive technologies such as medical technology or in the railway industry in the manufacture of wheels and axles, a part’s life cycle is indispensable. To this end, we create a corresponding life cycle file for each workpiece specifically for your process. This file not only contains the stages that the part has gone through during production. All process data, such as measurement data, set parameters and test results, are also stored and then made available to you via reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports or Power BI).
